Styria-Artist-In-Residency Scholarship 2025 Nominee!

We are delighted to announce that the successful candidate for the Styria-Artist-In-Residency Scholarship 2025 is Konstantinos Kotsis!

The artist will be hosted for two months at the amazing artist run space ATELIER Schillerstrasse in Graz, Austria.

Kostantinos Kotsis' practice revolves around the concept of construction, inspired by the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the world. His work explores the intersections between construction, self-build practices, social constructs, public spaces, and the natural environment. Through various programs, residencies, and workshops in Greece and abroad, Kotsis has developed a research-based approach that goes beyond traditional studio work. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the School of Fine Arts at the University of Ioannina, Greece, and has also studied at UFR Arts, Philosophie, Esthétique at Paris 8 University. In 2019, he was selected for the SNF Artist Fellowship Program by ARTWORKS.
